These are grades given to the students to show how they behave and conduct themselves during face-to-face and MS Teams classes including asynchronous tasks. A grade of P or Poor causes disqualification from honors. 

Consistently violating any school rule or continuously defying any disciplinary policy automatically causes P in the final character grade for the grading period. Serious offenses will lead to a character grade of P. The approval or recommendation of the school principal is needed before giving this grade. In addition, continuously committing infraction or any grave misconduct will lead to the dismissal of a student even if he or she has no problem with academics.
