Line Formation for the Flag Ceremony   

Normal Weather:   

1. Once the bell rings, proceed right away to the assembly place.   

2. With the cue from the teacher, arrange yourselves alternately into 2 columns – 1 for girls and 1 for boys.   

3. Wait for the prayer leader to begin.   

4. Sing the national anthem well. Stand straight and place right hand over your chest.   

5. During the oath/s, raise your right hand forming a right angle with the body.   

6. Sing well. Stand straight and avoid making unnecessary movements.   

7. Listen to the announcements or watch the awarding ceremony.   

8. After the flag ceremony, listen to the cue of the teacher to go back to the classroom.   

9. In single file, start moving back and silently go back to the classroom.   

10. Once inside the classroom, remain in your seat and wait for the teacher.   

Bad Weather:   

1. Once the bell rings, arrange yourselves in your assigned place in the classroom.   

2. Wait for the prayer leader to begin. Join the class in praying.   

3. Sing the national anthem well. Stand straight and place right hand over your left chest.  

4. During the oath/s, raise your right hand forming a right angle with the body.   

5. Sing the Quantum Hymn well. Stand straight and avoid making unnecessary movements   

6. Listen to the announcement of the teacher.   

7. After the announcement, wait for the cue of the teacher to sit down and wait for your subject teacher.   

Starting and Ending a Class:   

1. Align the chairs, pick up pieces of trash, and then sit down quietly before the teacher arrives.   

2. Once the teacher enters the room, stand for the prayer.   

3. After praying, greet the teacher and wait for the response.   

4. The class beadle reports the attendance of the day. The teacher acknowledges the report.   

5. Listen and participate well in the lesson discussion.   

6. Once the discussion has ended, keep all things in your place.   

7. Wait for the teacher’s final announcements and stand to say goodbye.   

8. Remain seated and silently wait for the next subject teacher to arrive.   

9. If the next teacher does not arrive after five minutes, the class president calls the office.   

Going Out of the Classroom within Class Hours:   

1. Raise your hand; wait to be acknowledged by the teacher.   

2. Stand properly and state your concern.   

3. Wait for the teacher’s response. Get the “Leave Pass” and go out quietly. You are given a maximum of five (5) minutes to accomplish your concern.   

4. Once you are done, return the “Leave Pass” to its proper place and go back to your seat quietly. 

5. No two students are allowed to be out together to go to the comfort room. The “Leave Pass” is good only for one student.   

Line Formation for Out-of-Classroom Purposes  

1. Upon hearing the instructions from your teacher, students must quietly form 2 lines; 1 line for boys and 1 line for girls.   

2. The class president sees to it that lights and fans are turned off; she/he then closes the doors.   

3. Wait for the teacher to give the cue or signal when to move out of the classroom. 

4. Hands clasp together and go. 

5. Once you arrive at your destination, sit down, keep quiet and wait for further instructions.   

Cleaning the Room after Class:   

1. Once your classmates are out, the team responsible prepares to clean the room. 

2. One member erases the writings on the board, wipes the whiteboard. 

3. Sweep from front to back; alternately move the chairs by row. 

4. Continue sweeping outside as the others arrange back the chairs. 

5. Prepare the board for the next day by wiping it with an eraser or a damp cloth. 

6. Empty the garbage bin and place it back in the classroom.   

Leaving the Room for Dismissal: 

1. Stand and prepare for the dismissal prayer.   

2. The person closest to the door will go out first by row. The first three rows will go out first by the front door; the remaining rows will go out next at the back door.   

3. Stay in your designated area and wait for your fetcher to fetch you.   

4. Do not go back or play inside the building.
