No Quantum employee/teacher is allowed to ask or collect any payment or solicitation and donation from parents and students (for project, fund, donation, class expenses, class costume, t-shirt printing, hiring of coach/choreographer, class project, academic requirement, TLE/HELE, research, costume, Christmas party, activity registration, outreach, club membership, food contribution, house contribution, etc.) without the approval of the school director. Expensive/costly costumes/ attires/props/ projects/events/activities are discouraged unless school authorities approve them for major activities and shows.   

Parents should not send any payment without receiving an official notice approved by the school director.
