College Admission Application

University admission applications require the following:

  1. Grade 7 to Grade 11 grades in Math, Science, English, Araling Panlipunan, and Filipino.
  2. A description of the student’s participation in school activities from Grade 7 to Grade 11
  3. A list of the student’s co-curricular records and academic awards from Grade 7 to Grade 11
  4. Grade 12 Recommendation Letters for College Admission:

Accomplishing recommendation letters and forms for college admission needs careful procedures and are not easy to complete, so a student needs to inform the school registrar and the teacher at least two weeks for them to have enough time to retrieve all the student’s previous academic grades, extracurricular activities, and achievements from Grade 7 to Grade 11. The student should courteously request their teachers to write recommendation letters and narratives at least two weeks before the deadline. Because the teachers are always busy, students should be considerate enough to give their teachers ample time to write their recommendation letter for them.

TQA gathers and sends to the universities all student application requirements and documents via courier in one package/parcel. A contribution fee is needed for final documentation, coordination and submission, courier/postage, and long-distance calls to universities. All online inquiries, submissions and payments are personally done by students through their personal accounts with the respective admission offices.
