All students and school personnel are responsible for the turnover of lost and found items to the office. Each item/incident may have a different status. Students and personnel should never take any lost and found item home. 

Because the students and employees are agents of the school; the finder’s right is transferred to the school if someone finds something in school. The school decides what happens to the items.
