Only students with a permit signed by the parents can join an official activity in and out of the school.  Students who are not major participants in an activity outside the school should not be there. 

It is understood that the school will take safety precautions for official student activities, but parents must assume full responsibility whenever they allow their children to join activities. The parent-permit slip is attached in NB#1.
