Sexual Harrassment / Mark of Lewdness
After due process, sexual harassment will cause termination of a teacher. Examples of sexual harassment/ lewdness:
- Uninvited touching, holding, or hugging
- Request for sexual favors for rewards related to school/work
- Suggestive jokes of sexual nature/innuendos
- Sexual pictures or displays
- Continuing unwelcome flirtation or propositions
- Obscene gestures or sounds
- Written notes/messages that are sexual in nature
