Special Student Education

A special student may be admitted at any time during a school term, without earning credits, subject to such requirements and conditions as the school may prescribe. At the school’s discretion, a special student may be exempted from class assignments and examinations.

TQA does not have a special education program and is not equipped to handle mentally or emotionally handicapped students. However, the school may admit children with mild or moderate mental limitations or special needs. A certification from the child’s developmental pediatrician or psychologist declaring that the child is independent, able to follow rules, comply, and will not be disruptive and non-violent in the classroom is required before the child is admitted for enrolment.

Parents should inform the school director or principal of their child’s school ability limitation or special condition before enrollment.
