Standard Traditional Honors and Awards
CEM 99 and 99+
These are academic excellence recognitions given by the Center for Educational Measurement (CEM) to students who got 99 and 99+ in CEM yearend test without a proctor’s or teacher’s assistance during the test.
Director’s List (Grades 4-12)
This is TQA’s highest and most prestigious academic honor. It is awarded to a student who:
- has at least a 96% yearend average in EACH of the following major subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan or equivalent subjects for SHS.
- has a CEM test percentile rank average of at least 96 (or Excellent) in EACH of the ff. subject areas: English, Mathematics, and Science.
- has not been sanctioned with any offense punishable by suspension or higher sanction within the school year according to the Student Handbook/TQA Student Honor Code.
- has garnered at least 30 co-curricular points from Quantum official activities or at least 45 co-curricular points when combined with non-Quantum activities approved by the school.
Principal’s List (Grades 4-12)
This is TQA’s second highest academic honor. It is awarded to a student who:
- has at least a 93% yearend average in EACH of the following major subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan or equivalent subjects for SHS.
- has a CEM test percentile rank average of at least 93 (or Excellent) in EACH of the ff. subject areas: English, Mathematics and Science.
- has not been sanctioned with any offense punishable by suspension or higher sanction within the school year according to the Student Handbook/TQA Student Honor Code.
- has garnered at least 30 co-curricular points from Quantum official activities or at least 45 co-curricular points when combined with non-Quantum activities approved by the school.
