The signed Student Agreement with The Quantum Academy is required for final enrollment.

This is to certify that the signatory of this AGREEMENT WITH THE QUANTUM ACADEMY fully subscribe to the following items as norms in the organization of his/her education enterprise:

I fully accept all the school rules and regulations and the Student Honor Code contained in the Handbook set by the school, being conscious that the rules are for my own good.

I shall be responsible, cooperative, supportive, and loyal to the school to the best of my ability to achieve the vision, mission, philosophy, and objectives of the school.

I acknowledge the serious offenses and agree with the Student Honor Code and Agreement; that after due investigation, will disqualify me from continuing to be a student at this school, immediately after a final offense, in accordance with the decision of school authorities.
