Under no circumstance should a teacher directly recommend to parents that a tutor’s help be obtained. Quantum teachers are not allowed to tutor any Quantum student unless assigned by the school director to address deficiency based on the scholastic or behavioral assessment of the child or CEM test result. This is on a temporary basis only.
